Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the Houston Marriott West Loop by the Galleria, thanks to the superb staff, clean rooms, and convenient location. The friendliness of the team really stood out, especially from those at the coffee bar where my breakfast starts every morning. However, the absence of dining options during my visit was a disappointment, given that the restaurant was closed. Overall, I still recommend this hotel for its inviting atmosphere and helpful management.
During my stay, I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, with friendly staff who made me feel welcomed. However, the service at the 1750 Bistro/Lounge was disappointing, as I waited a long time for assistance on multiple occasions. Overall, while I enjoyed certain aspects, the dining experience left much to be desired.
My stay at the Houston Marriott West Loop was enjoyable overall. The valet service was really good, with Mike and Kayed making the process seamless. I appreciated the modern lobby design but found the rooms a bit outdated. particularly in terms of overall style. While the concierge lounge provided excellent snacks and amenities, I faced some delays during check-in which impacted my first impression. I'd consider returning for the convenient location and friendly staff.
During my stay at the Houston Marriott West Loop, I experienced a mix of excellent service and some disappointing aspects. The staff, especially Amber and Esmeralda, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, which made the experience nice. However, the pool was out of service, which was disappointing given the warm weather. Overall, while I enjoyed the hospitality from the staff, there were a few areas that need improvement.
